Favorite Christmas Gifts 2006!

Katie reached in her stocking and triumpantly cried out "GUM!" She was so excited and when we were not watching tried to stuff the whole pack into her mouth at one time, LOL!

Brianna got a bike from Abuela and Popi and was on cloud 9!!! She was beaming and rode her bike inside the house for the rest of the day (it was raining outside)

Miss Independent!

Katie just shoved Veronica out of the bathroom, saying "No, get out!"

She was just trying to help her a bit because she had a diaper on, underneath her underwear from nap time.

If we even look at her when she is in the bathroom she gives us this death stare and tells us to go away!

Our little baby is no longer a baby, she's a big girl!!!!

And she just exclaimed "I did it!"

Wiped herself and hopped off the toilet.

*sigh*

We're so proud of her, but so sad she isn't our "baby" anymore!

Brianna is 5!

On August 8th 2001, Brianna-Jean Estelle *Q* was born!

We are just so amazed that we have a 5 year old! She is such a wonderful little girl and we can't imagine her not being apart of this family! She is so very smart and funny. Usually always has a smile on her face, and if not, you better watch out because she has quite the firery temper! She loves her sister and begs for us to add a baby brother to the family! Actually she wants us to have 5 girls and 5 boys total! She's one crazy girl and we love her to pieces. She will be in pre-k this year, we wanted her to be one of the oldest in her class instead of one of the youngest. She is highly looking forward to going back to school and being with some of the same girls from her class last year! She is our beautiful baby girl and always will be!

Veronica saw these two pictures of Brianna and Brian and had to share them because it is just amazing to see how much she has grown in 5 years!!!!

Pee Pee!

Katie went pee on the potty!!! She was so proud of herself!! We are so proud of her!! She has been desperately wanting to go on the potty these last couple of weeks. Constantly taking off her diaper and sitting on it.

She finally peed in it today!!

Veronica isn't ready for her to be potty trained yet though LOL..

We're just going to follow Katie's lead!

Breakfast and cuddle buddies!

They love each other so much!! Sure they have fights haha, but it is so sweet to hear them talk to one another and see them snuggle! Sisterly love is beautiful!!!!

The girls want to sit with each other during breakfast now. It is so cute! Usually they have toast and cream cheese or cereal, but we were out of cream cheese. So they wanted it just plain LOL..

Easter 2006!

We went to church. The service was amazing, they did an awesome job. We went to Abuela and Popi's. The girls got baskets and took off on their egg hunt around the house. Then they got their easter baskets. Mr. Potatohead ones from my parents. The baskets from us were filled with sidewalk chalk, stickers, crayola mini color explosion, candy, activity books, and a tube of jungle animals for katie and 2 puzzles for brianna. We had breakfast and then hung out. Abuela took the girls on a walk and they ended up at the park. Veronica drove down to pick them up. The girls had ice cream and then we went home. The girls zonked out in the car.
